1. Complete sewer upgrade on London’s 1st grade 1 listed new build
2. Emptying of 15m deep ancient ice house of old rubble and making acceptable to historical England, the ice house has the same historic listing as stone henge.
3. Section 185 for Thames water that consisted of the following;
I. Two number 9meter deep cassion driven jacked shafts 2.4m diameter
Ii. 100m+ of auger bored pipe jacking 450mm concrete pipes
Iii. Connection to trunk sewer
iv. All work done to thames water S185 specifications and standards.
4. Underpinning old coal chute vaults and filling with grout.
